At Ser Global Export, we take pride in delivering high-quality betel and coconut-based products to our customers worldwide. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (mostly perishable or agricultural), we do not accept returns unless the item you received is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect or different from what you ordered
- Expired or unusable upon arrival
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items for verification.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once the refund is approved.
- Refunds will be issued using your original method of payment.
- It may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Replacements
If your product is eligible for return, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund, based on product availability and shipping conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Products returned after the 3-day period
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Change of mind after the order has been shipped
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
